蟹黄灌汤包
这种汤包以蟹油、猪肉为主要原料,经过精心加工而成,具有个头小巧、皮薄、汤多、馅足、味鲜等特点,不过油似乎多了点,吃多了有点腻口。吃的时候拌点香醋与姜丝,不但口味更美,而且能解除油腻。
汤汁是灌汤包的精华,有四句话:轻轻提,慢慢移,先开窗,后喝汤。很形象的概括了怎么个吃法。
